WHO ARE WE
O&G Global was founded in the year 2004 with the main aim of redefining the Africa's economy on a global scale while creating a stable and sustainable Oil and Gas economy. First established in Nigeria, we have grown over the years to increase our reach to 4 other countries which are South Africa, Egypt, Kenya and Uganda. With an asset portfolio amounting to $13 Billion, our company is one of the biggest single distributors of oil and gas in the region.
OUR SERVICES
Our refinery complexes house some of the most sophisticated equipment such as Polypropylene, Paraxylene, Alkylation, Coker, Fluid catalytic cracker(FCC) Petcoke gasification and Offgas refinery cracker plants. These refinery equipment have enabled us to process over 120 grades of crude oil making us one of the leading largescale refineries in the region.
Our crude processing capacity is supported by high-quality logistics, personnel, infrastructure assets, including a marine facility, giving access to and allowing berthing of ships ranging from gas carriers and small chemical carriers to the world’s largest crude oil (VLCCs) and product vessels.

MR. GEOFFREY BIRUNDU, GROUP PRESIDENT
Geoffrey is a renowned business mogul having made his name in the aviation industry. He is the Managing Director of Glo jet International and Meriton which are globally accredited aviation companies. He is also a real estate developer who has played a major role in changing Nairobi's skyline. With his vast organizational management experience spanning over two decades, he is a chief visionary who since his installation as the Group President fifteen years ago, has seen the company break through the toughest financial situations. With him at the helm, his policies have consistently quadrupled the company's annual turnover within a short span. During leisure, Geoffrey spends most of his time travelling and is a keen golfer.
MR. RICHARD N. MURIITHI, VICE-PRESIDENT
At just 23 years, Richard is a young businessman and investor in Kenya bringing fresh ideas onboard. He is the founder of Easytrans, a logistics company that worked with Malahide to offer various freight and cargo solutions. He is also an automotive dealer in Nairobi and has interest in real estate development and hospitality. Richard sits on the board of Kenya's National Mining Corporation. Having served as a Stakeholder Superintendent in the Executive office of the 4th President of Kenya, he has managed to broker deals and onboard various stakeholders, investors and Governments thus seeing rapid growth of the company meeting various international standards. Richard is an avid golfer and spends most of his free time networking.
MRS. ABIR LEHETA, DIRECTOR - EGYPT
Abir is one of the iconic people in life who can say they love what they do. She is the Managing Director of Egytrans, a logistics company in Egpyt. With vast experience spanning for over 25 years, she brings infinite wealth in resource management and organizational skills. Being a continental powerhouse, she has made her way to the forbes list of globally recognized women in business. Her enthusiasm to better the financial situation of the company has seen her policies increase our yearly turnover. She is an avid golfer and loves reading novels.
MR. OBA OTUDEKO, DIRECTOR - NIGERIA
Oba is a globally renowned Nigerian businessman. He is the founder and chairman of Honeywell Group. He has vast experience in various fields such as construction, real estate, hospitality, mining and logistics. He has received various international rewards for his philanthropic and humanitarian acts under his foundation. Through his experience as a professional banker for over 20+ years before starting his company, Oba has brought various banking policies that have revolutionized our financial scope. He is an award winning golfer.
MRS. NASIM DEVJI, DIRECTOR - KENYA
Nasim is the CEO of Diamond Trust Bank. Being at the helm of the banking industry since 2001, she is a financial powerhouse. She is ex officio member of Global Bankers Association and a robust businesswoman with interest in fashion, real estate and hospitality. She brings extensive experience in financial awareness and management and has helped develop and implement various financial and corporate policies for the company. Nasim is a collector of vintage cars and loves spending time with her family.
MR. DOUW STEYN, DIRECTOR - SOUTH AFRICA
Douw is a prominent businessman and real estate magnate. He is the Founder of Steyn City, a multi-million dollar property in Johannesburg. He also Founded BGL Group, a financial and insurance services company in the United Kingdom. Douw serves in various executive boards around the globe. With his vast knowledge on the global financial market, he has actively assisted the company grow its yearly revenue and helped in managing the company's financial needs. He is a pro tennis player and spends most of his leisure time with his family.
MR. PATRICK BITATURE, DIRECTOR - UGANDA
Patrick is a Ugandan businessman, entrepreneur and author. He is the founder, chairman and Group CEO of Simba Group of Companies which is primarily based in East Africa and started in 1998. He sits on the management boards of various companies, businesses and foundations in Uganda. Most notable among these appointments include Umeme Uganda Limited, Bolloré Logistics Uganda as well as Mulago National Referral Hospital. In November 2022, he was named entrepreneur of the year at the African tourism leadership forum in Botswana, Gaborone. He has over the years helped the company establish it presence on the global business map. He is a professional golfer and a Lingala music lover.
